Winter Session 1: January 10 to February 14 from 8:00 to 9:00 pm
Embark on a journey of holistic well-being in this unique and ancient practice designed to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Qigong, often referred to as “energy cultivation,” is a Chinese system of gentle exercises and meditative movements that promotes the flow of vital energy, or Qi, throughout the body.
With slow, controlled movements this program is designed for participants of all fitness levels.

Beginner Hockey
Various ages
Winter Session 1: January 8 to February 12
Ages 4 to 5 years – 5:15 to 6:00 pm
Ages 5 to 7 years – 6:15 to 7:15 pm
Ages 8 to 10 years – 7:30 to 8:30 pm
Children learn the basics of hockey in a fun outdoor environment. Focus will be on puck handling, passing, shooting. A helmet, elbow, shin/knee pads, gloves, and skates are required. A stick can be supplied by the NBRA if needed.

Little Doctor’s School

Ages 4 to 6 years – 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Ages 7 to 10 years – 6:45 to 7:45 pm
Young aspiring doctors will find their passions come alive in this fun, educational journey through the medical profession. Through interactive and engaging activities, students will learn the key responsibilities of physicians and explore the brain functions and the vertebral spine.

Zumbini
0 to 4 years
Winter Session 1: January 8 to February 12 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm
Dance, sing, and explore with your little one! The Zumbini® program combines music, dance, and educational tools of ‘can’t-stop, won’t-stop’ bonding, learning, and fun! Through this session, the instructor will not only nurture the love of movement, so it becomes a way of life, but give parents the chance to nurture their inner child as well! The registration fee includes the music code to download songs done during the session. Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst for kids ages 0 to 4.
