KC KINCORA COMM NEWS

Greetings from the Kincora Residents Association (KRA),

I wish to offer my sincere thanks to the residents of Kincora who attended the AGM on September 17th. We are looking for as many engaged individuals as possible sharing their feedback so that this volunteer board can work to maintain the expectations of our community’s population.

Please allow me to introduce our 2018 – 2019 KRA Board of Directors elected at this year’s AGM:

  • Sandy Mamona – President
  • Tarun Datta – Vice President
  • Jess Lagman – Secretary
  • Bharat Datta – Treasurer
  • Al Baecker
  • Nicole Clemo

  • Samir Mendiratta
  • Rene Thibodeau

  • Rahul Bhardwaj
  • Sarah Kromm
  • Mike Geama
  • Gail Byman – C-Era Property Management

This year the committee directives for the KRA will be Articles of Association, Overdue Account Collections, Landscaping, Playgrounds, and Website Enhancement.

Please note: All overdue HOA accounts are currently being forwarded to a lawyer to proceed with formal collections. HOA fees are due on or before April 30th annually.

If you are not sure if your HOA account is up to date, please contact Gail at C-Era [email protected] (403) 266-0240 ext.1632 to inquire about your balance. There are currently two payment options.

Option 1 – Mail your cheque, money order, or bank draft made payable to:

  • Kincora Residents Association
  • Suite B, 6010 – 12th St. SE, Calgary, Alberta T2H 2X2

Please include your home address on the memo field of the payment method

Option 2 – At the C-Era office (address above) with cheque, debit, money order or bank draft.

C-Era accepts credit cards but there will be a 2% surcharge added to cover the merchant fees.

We are working towards implementing a method of online payment of HOA fees to the KRA website this year. Also, please note that we are planning improvements of the landscaping and front entrance feature for Kincora this year. Stay tuned for further updates!

Sincerely,

Sarah Kromm
