Rutland Community association is neighbourhood-based volunteer organization providing a voice for community life, an overall sense of belonging, and social, educational and recreational opportunities for the Currie Barracks, Rutland and Lincoln Park residents.

Rutland Park Community Demographics

In the City of Calgary’s 2012 municipal census, Rutland Park had a population of 2,227 living in 972 dwellings, a -3.6% increase from its 2011 population of 2,309. With a land area of 0.7 km2 (0.27 sq mi), it had a population density of 3,180/km2 (8,200/sq mi) in 2012. Residents in this community had a median household income of $46,545 in 2000, and there were 15.5% low income residents living in the neighborhood. As of 2000, 13.2% of the residents were immigrants.
