We are in the midst of a busy holiday season here at the Triwood! Thanks to Shannon Jakel for organizing another successful Halloween haunted house (perhaps you caught her performance as Maleficent on the CTV evening news). 400 people passed through our frightening set up this year, where over a dozen of our fantastic high school volunteers were providing the scares!
We will be cheering up the atmosphere in December, starting with our Christmas Market on December 2, 10am to 4pm. Thanks to Starbucks for donating to the event! This year, through entry by donation and a silent auction, Triwood will be raising money for the Animal Rescue Foundation. Please come out and support both ARF and our local artisans!
On December 7, we are once again hosting our Adult Christmas Party. Be sure to book a seat to the diner either by signing up online at triwoodcommunity.com, calling us or visiting the office! Our Children’s Christmas party will be held on Sunday, December 9, from 12-2pm in the Charleswood Hall. Everyone is welcome and no sign up is necessary! Wagon rides, presents and quite possibly a very special jolly visitor from the North Pole.
Speaking of jolly… Don’t forget to visit us on Thursday night’s here at JT’s clubhouse! We have great drink specials and food prepared by our talented chef Neal Janewski from 5-9pm every week.
From all of us here at Triwood, we are wishing each of you a wonderful winter holiday season!
