This report informs Crescent Heights’ residents of building activities in our community that follow the Development Permit process required by the City. From October 6 to November 5, 2020, your Planning Committee commented on the following:
- DP2020 – 5718: Garage at 307 – 12 Ave NW
- DP2020 – 5440: Cannabis store at 105 – 10 Ave NE
- DP2020 – 5744: Medical clinic at 1312 Centre St NE
- DP2020 – 5863: Home business; piano lessons at 330 – 11 Ave NE
- DP2020 – 6026: One building with three live work units at 430 – 3 Ave NE
The final decision on DPs and LOCs (land use amendments) rests with the City. For information, call the City Planning dept. or check the Planning and Development MAP on their website at Calgary.ca/pdmap.
