Hello Neighbours!
Thank you for attending our virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 22. It was nice to connect with neighbours, volunteers, and community partners online.
During the AGM, I took the opportunity to share our new mission, vision, and values for the Parkdale Community Association.
Mission
Parkdale Community Association creates an environment for people to connect in a complete and healthy community.
Vision
Parkdale is a proud, active, and welcoming neighbourhood that offers programs, services, and facilities that make us a vibrant inner-city community.
Values

Our Strategic Six Priorities for 2021-2023 include:

As always, we welcome your feedback and engagement in our activities. We have two volunteer openings – Membership and Fund Development.
- The Membership Director portfolio includes engaging with our residents, businesses, and
organizations in Parkdale. This role is the interface between the PCA and the community. If you
enjoy meeting people and are interested in building community, this role is for you.
- The Fund Development Director portfolio identifies funding opportunities, applies for grants, and looks for programs that positively contribute to our activities, services, and programs that we offer. If you enjoy collaborating with external partners to create mutually beneficial partnerships, this role is for you.
