Great to take along on a hike!
Makes about 18 muffins
Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups of sugar
• 3 eggs
• ¾ cups oil
• 2 cups of flour (whole wheat or white)
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• ½ cup peanut butter
• 2 cups mashed bananas
• 1 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
• Beat together sugar and eggs.
• Add in oil and beat.
• Sift flour and dry ingredients and add to mixture. Beat together.
• Mix in peanut butter, mashed bananas, and chocolate chips.
• Bake at 375 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
