Little Yogis | 10:45 to 11:30 am | Beginning April 11

Ages 2 to 4. A fun and engaging series for younger yogis who are ready to move, stretch, and breathe! In these classes, students will learn foundational yoga postures in a connected and engaging way by adventuring through themes. Children will learn and develop important gross motor skills such as balance, strength, stability, and cooperation and communication with others. This 45-minute class includes 30 minutes of movement and adventure, followed by 15 minutes of calmer ‘cool down’ such as meditation, relaxing yoga postures, breathing exercises, and more.

Yoga Connect | 6:30 to 8:00 pm | Beginning April 11

Yoga Connect is for 8- to 12-year-olds and a parent to come together and engage in yoga, mindfulness, and social emotional learning. Through guided practice you will explore both standing and seated postures, flow, dynamic breathing, and relaxation techniques, and some coveted one-on-one time.

Yoga Club After School | 4:00 to 5:30 pm | Thursdays and Fridays | Beginning April 11

This after school program is curated to uplift and support youth movement and wellness. Each session will be centered around a theme and intention woven into the class, such as self-love, growth mindset, emotions, adventure, etc. This club is suitable for both individuals who have not practiced yoga or those who are more advanced in their practice. Approximately 60 minutes of physical practice (poses, yoga games, movement exercises, relaxation) followed by 30 minutes of journaling, reflection, crafting, and/or group discussion.

Yoga Stars | 3:15 to 4:00 pm | Beginning April 11

An exciting and engaging series for kids who want to practice yoga together and get into a few more advanced individual and partner poses. We will move, stretch, and breathe in each class, as well as have time for some supported challenges! We will also make sure to fit in time for a rockin’ dance party in each class. We will move in a connected and engaging way by adventuring through themes such as bravery, compassion, strength, kindness, and curiosity.
