Annual General Meeting

This meeting was to be held March 16, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, had to be cancelled. It will be scheduled for later, probably the last half of the year, if conditions allow.

Foothills Landscaping

Weather permitting, by the time you read this, there is a good chance you will have noticed work being done by employees of Foothills Landscaping, the new contractor. They want to keep their employees working and at the same time are mindful of the requirements to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The following are the things they will do to be compliant.

  • Employees will be assigned to permanent teams with staggered shifts to adhere to social distancing requirements
  • Crews will be assigned dedicated vehicles and equipment which will be disinfected at the beginning and end of every shift.
  • All shifts will be limited to eight hours in order to allow their employees adequate rest to maintain health, as well as provide adequate time to disinfect the vehicles and equipment.
  • Employees will be provided with supplemental PPE (personal protective equipment) to reduce exposure to the virus.
  • Anyone not feeling well be asked to stay home and away from others.
  • Use and encourage good hygiene practices such a frequent handwashing and avoiding touching.

Maintaining Walkways Beside Your Property

If you have a walkway beside your property, not only are you responsible for shoveling the snow but also for maintaining the fence (replacing, repairing and painting) and the area itself. In the spring, leaves, branches and any garbage should be cleared and during summer weeds should be controlled. This makes the community look more attractive which helps maintain the value of our properties. Please do your part.

Concrete Flower Planters

Watch for flowers in the planters the end of May, beginning of June. This scheduling could change due to the challenging time we are experiencing.
