Happy Neighbour Day! Let’s Bring Our Community Together!
So much of our days are spent meeting the demands of our fixed routines – work, school, household chores, etc. – that we often don’t leave much time to connect with local spaces and other people in our communities. Let’s change that.
Ever Active Schools, in partnership with the New Brighton Residents Association, New Brighton Community Association, and the City of Calgary, cordially invites you to the New Brighton “Our Streets, Our Spaces: Activating Community Play, Travel, and Connection” event on June 17 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Explore a variety of activation stations along a 2km+ corridor and engage in activities designed to increase involvement in community travel, play, and social connection.
This event is made possible through funding from the Government of Canada’s Healthy Communities Initiative.
