Hi Everyone,
Another month has gone by and there are still restrictions in place. We continue following along with the requirement to scan QR codes for folks wanting to use our facilities. We must thank all our users for producing all the appropriate QR codes and ID before using our facilities. Currently, we are experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases due to the Omicron variant. I think this is the fifth wave.
We continue working on items identified in the Lifecycle Report. Some of the next items we will be working on are the following:
- Replace all lighting in the gym.
- Replace gym divider.
- Replace gym divider motor.
- Replace gym floor.
We will be reaching out to get quotes for this and other work. We should be starting the work in the next few months. As I mentioned last year, this Lifecycle Report laid out repair work to keep us busy for a few years.
It appears that we are in the middle of a deep freeze. I’m hoping that we’ll get hit by a chinook sometime soon. I could handle a few days of warmth to break up the deep freeze. Take care out there folks and stay warm.
