On April 5, the Infrastructure and Planning Committee of Council, including Councillor Kourtney Penner, voted in favour of recommending approval of the Heritage Local Area Plan to City Council. Only Councillors Dan McLean and Andre Chabot voted against the motion. Council will now consider the Plan at a Public Hearing on June 20. Thanks to everyone that either sent in a letter or made a presentation to the Committee. It is important to have our voices heard.
