Coach Hill’s Fitness Programs in May

New Yin Yoga in the Park!

Yin is a gentle yoga practice with long, passive yoga poses. It targets deep connective tissues, joints, and bones. This practice is suitable for everyone.

Six-week program running from Thursday, May 25 until June 29 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the Coach Hill Fields.

Cost is $50 for members and $75 for non-members.

Zumba in the Park is Back!

This eight-week program runs every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm from June 29 until August 17 at the Coach Hill Fields.

Cost is $40 for members and $80 for non-members.
