Only current members with a valid paid membership can attend and will be permitted to vote on motions at the AGM. To check the status of your membership, or purchase a new membership, please email [email protected].
Prior to the AGM you will receive the proposed Agenda (which will outline motions that will be brought to a vote at the AGM).
If you have a concern or question you would like addressed by the Board at the AGM, please email [email protected] in advance of the AGM.
We often get asked “What does the community association do?”
• We advocate on roads and traffic issues.
• We monitor and comment on proposed developments in the community.
• We put on community events such as the Stampede Breakfast, Skating Party, and annual Recycling Event.
• We build community infrastructure such as upcoming Outdoor Activity Hub, the pop-up rink, and playgrounds.
• We bring local programming to the community such as Yoga in the Park and the upcoming Community Gardens.
But we can’t do this and more without your input and support!
The AGM is an excellent opportunity for you to check in on our progress and have your say on our finances and plans for the future.
