CECA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on Thursday, November 19, at Cardel Rec. Centre – Flames Room. I would like to thank all who attended or sent their proxies. During the meeting, we discussed CECA’s structure, last and current year’s activities, plans for next year, safety, membership, and traffic issues.
Our team of enthusiastic ice rink volunteers are working on the ice rink to make it ready for another season of fun for kids and families. If you can give a hand and would like to join our team of rink volunteers, please send an email to [email protected].
Events:
- Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of our events were cancelled. We held Halloween and pet photo contests. Thank you to all who participated in the two contests.
- Our board members are working on the Christmas Lights Contest. We have gifts to be won donated by Canadian Tire at Shawnessy. Details will be posted on our website and Facebook page. Stay tuned!
