Hope all are enjoying the holidays with families and friends.
CECA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on Thursday, October 21. This year’s event was held virtually and attended by board members and Evergreen residents. During the meeting we discussed CECA’s structure, last year activities, plans for next year, safety, traffic, and membership issues. We had one vacant director position filled up. A thank you goes to our new Traffic Director.
Our team of enthusiastic ice rink volunteers are working on the ice rink to make it ready for another season of fun and enjoyment. If you can volunteer with us, please send an email to [email protected].
The 8th annual Christmas Lights contest will be held on December. We have prizes of $600 to be won. Thank you goes to the event sponsor Canadian Tire at Shawnessy. Details are posted on our website and Facebook page.

We are always looking for people like yourself to help in serving our community. You can help us by either be a board member or volunteer in one or more of the events we hold all year long. We are looking for a volunteer to fill in the secretary position.
