Happy New Year!
As I reflect on 2023, I want to express gratitude for the Haysboro Community Association board. I also want to share how delighted I am that the community can access a hall that can host such wonderful gatherings.
I’ve only heard good things about the merriment of the Winter Market, and the Seniors Luncheon, as great opportunities for community members to congregate. Thank you to the organizers and volunteers!
For my family, we hosted our own gathering and rented the social lounge in early December.
It was fabulous. The AV system added ambience to the occasion – thank you Warren Monteiro for helping me learn to use it!
The rental process was so incredibly smooth. Thank you to Julianna for the detailed instructions! And as always, thank you to Diane Ward who is the glue that holds the place together.
I am stepping back now and taking on a more background role for the first half of the year for a maternity leave – but I’m not leaving the HCA and can still be reached via email, response speed will vary.
I hope you and your family have even better and brighter things in store for 2024.
