National Volunteer Week 2023 is April 16 to 22, and this year’s theme is ‘Volunteering Weaves us Together.’ As Volunteer Canada says, “This reveals the importance of volunteering to the strength and vibrancy of our communities through the interconnected actions we take to support one another. These diverse forms of sharing our time, talent, and energy strengthen the fabric of our community.”
The community association is lucky to have many dedicated volunteers. Thank you to all the amazing residents who have freely given their time and energy over the past year. This includes our outdoor rink builders and maintainers, casino volunteers, board and committee members, event helpers, and summer day camp volunteers.
