Here we are, halfway through the summer, and still wondering what hit us! While I dislike the term “new normal”, I understand why people use it. As we adapt, sometimes warmly and sometimes begrudgingly, we have an opportunity to adjust and tweak our service offerings and increase our ability to be flexible and adaptable.
On behalf of the Board of Directors I want to personally thank the entire team at North Glenmore Park Community Association, especially Leah and Renee, who have worked tirelessly to ensure that the Association was following all provincial and municipal health and safety requirements. Without your diligence, NGPCA may have been making some very difficult decisions, indeed.
You will notice the building is open, but with some requirements that we request you follow. Please check online or via telephone before visiting the building to ensure that you follow all protocols.
As a community, we have really come together to support one another and to help maintain the health of all of our citizens. I want to say how proud I am of my family, my neighbours, and my fellow Calgarians for caring for each other and the greater community as a whole. I hope you are able to find some joy in the amazing days of August and embrace the kindness of our community.
