SkipTheDepot and Donate to the SCA
We have partnered with SkipTheDepot to allow you to donate the money from your recyclables to the SCA.
It’s easy! Just follow these steps:

- Enter your home address and pick a date
- Cash out or donate to charity

John Costello New Playground
John Costello school serves the communities of Christie Park, Coach Hill, Cougar Ridge, Discovery Ridge, Patterson Heights, and Prominence Hill. The existing playground at John Costello School has been removed. The new playground will be reconstructed during the month of June and a new pathway to access the playground from Strathcona Dr. will be built in the month of July.
Our playground will provide an inclusive structure for our students as well as the community to enjoy. Fundraising has been ongoing, and we are getting close to our goal of $315,000. We value the support from our community members. If you are interested in donating to the playground, a full tax receipt can be offered by donating to Parks Foundation online and selecting the John Costello Playground from the list of school projects. https://app.etapestry.com/onlineforms/ParksFoundationCalgary/schools.html.
